Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied, for any reason, i.e. if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you may return the item(s) for a full refund, including return postage within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Once we've received the return, we will ship out your new item.

 

If you are returning the item because you ordered the wrong item, size, color, or you just changed your mind, you may exchange the products, or request a refund, but you are responsible for both the initial postage and the return postage.

 

In case of exchanges, you will be responsible for return postage.

 

We are not responsible for your misspellings, if you purchase a personalized item. If you notice that you spelled it correctly on the order form, let us know, and we will double check. If we find that we made the mistake, we will send you a new item, free of charge, and will cover the return postage. Once we have received the return, we will ship out your new item.  So, in order for things to go as smoothly as possible for both of us, please, be sure to double check the spelling, size, color, etc., before placing your order. We are not responsible for damage you have done, or normal wear and tear that inevitably happens over time.

 

To request a refund or exchange, use the contact form to email us. Tell us why you're returning the item(s). We may request photos of the product, in cases of receiving damaged product, in a follow up email.  Please, contact us as soon as possible, if you have received damaged merchandise. The sooner you contact us the better your chances of refund. If we think the damage may be due to something you've done or normal wear and tear, we will not accept your refund request. Therefore, the sooner you contact us, the better. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Once your return has been approved, we will email you a shipping label for you to download and print, so that you can return the item. Refunds may take up to 7 days to process, after we've received your return.
